AMBER/GLYCAM Input Configurator

By selecting the appropriate links and options below, it is possible to use the AMBER/GLYCAM Input Configurator tool to generate input files appropriate for NPT, NVT and non-periodic MD Simulation or Energy Minimization with SANDER using AMBER. This file may be readily downloaded using the "copy-paste" approach.
