Current Capabilities of the Biomolecule Builder: Build linear or branched oligosaccharides. Attach an oligosaccharide to a protein ( User must upload protein PDB file). Convert protein PDB to a format more friendly to AMBER. Retrieve oligosaccharide from our online library and downloadthe structure or attach it to a protein ( User must upload protein PDB file). Molecules can be downloaded in the following formats: PDB file AMBER topology and coordinate files CHARMM topology, coordinate and psf files (glycans only at present)
